About Seen.
Seen. is a colorist brand built on one core belief: the initial vision matters.
In a fast-moving world of short-form content—where post-production is often rushed or sidelined—Seen. exists to preserve the original intent of the cinematographer and director. We advocate for images that feel honest, intentional, and emotionally resonant, even in the tightest of timelines.
Color is not just a polish; it’s part of the storytelling. At Seen., we collaborate closely with filmmakers to ensure their work is not just delivered—but understood.
You did the work to shape the image. We’re here to help the world see it.
Why choose us?
Seen. was founded by working cinematographer Erick Turcios to protect on-set vision through the final grade. We’ve felt the frustration of being sidelined—treated like an afterthought in a process that should be collaborative from the start. Too often, the final look doesn’t reflect what was crafted on set. That’s where we come in.
We believe great color begins before post. At Seen., we aim to enter the conversation early—aligning with the director and DP, building lookbooks, and gathering references so the final grade honors the original intent. Even if you’re not in control of the final grade, your perspective still matters. We want to hear about the details you noticed on set—the moments worth finessing, not forgetting.
We’re here to collaborate, not complicate.
Whether it’s a quick phone call to bounce around ideas or a deep-dive into references, we’re here to listen and collaborate.
Call us, text us, send over a playlist — whatever works for you.
An extra grade?
We also offer “DP/Director cuts” of the color grade for a significant discount— your version, your vision, just like a director’s cut in the edit. We believe cinematographers deserve to be seen — not just on set, but all the way through to the final frame.
